Position
We are a
small
family
owned
company
that
specializes
in
residential
property
management,
leasing,
and
sales.
We have
a large
portfolio
of
single
family
residences
(primarily
houses
and
condominiums)
for
which we
provide
full
service
property
management.
We
service
Orange
county,
Los
Angeles
county
and the
Inland
Empire.
Our
office
is
located
in Santa
Ana
California.
We are
looking
for a
new real
estate
consultant
to join
our
team.
We have
created
a
position
that
will
allow
the
right
candidate
to make
a steady
stream
of
commissions
from
multiple
sources
within
our
company.
The
successful
applicant
will
have the
opportunity
to earn
regular
commissions
from all
of the
following
sources:
Leasing
commissions:
They
will be
given
hundreds
of the
monthly
leasing
inquiries
we
receive
for our
vacant
rentals.
Thus
providing
them the
opportunity
to earn
leasing
commissions
for
leasing
both our
properties
and
other
properties
on the
MLS.
Business
Development
Commissions:
They
will be
provided
with
numerous
monthly
inquires
we
receive
from
individuals
interested
in using
our
property
management
services.
Thus
giving
them the
opportunity
to earn
generous
commissions
for
signing
up new
clients.
Real
Estate
Commissions:
They
will be
provided
with the
opportunity
to
solicit
tenants
from our
portfolio
of
rentals
and
offer to
assist
them in
the
purchase
their
own
home.
In
addition,
they
will
have
opportunities
to hold
open
houses
for our
listings.
Thus,
allowing
them to
earn
real
estate
commissions
as a
buyer’s
agent.
In
addition
to the
steady
source
of leads
we will
provide,
the
successful
applicant
will be
expected
to
generate
more via
various
marketing
methods
including
farming,
cold
calling,
and
networking.
The
successful
applicant
does not
have to
have
experience
in real
estate
as we
will
train
them.
However,
they
must
have a
current
California
real
estate
license
and be a
natural
sales
person.
This is
a
commission
only
position
that may
lead
into a
salaried
position
if the
selected
individual
excels
in the
role.
