Manager
NEEDED
We are
now
looking
to hire
a full
time
offsite
Residential
Property
Manager.
We are a
small
family
owned
property
management
company
that
manages
residential
properties
throughout
Orange
County,
California
and
surrounding
areas.
For this
position,
we are
looking
for a
licensed
real
estate
agent,
to join
our team
to
manage a
portfolio
of
single
family
residences.
This
position
REQUIRES
the
candidate
have:
1. A
current
(active)
CALIFORNIA
REAL
ESTATE
LICENSE.
2. A
current
California
Driver’s
license.
3. The
candidate
must
currently
live in
or
around
the
Orange
County
area.
4. The
candidate
must be
available
to work
Monday
through
Saturday.
5. Available
to start
immediately.
This
position
is
salaried
position
that
pays a
base
salary
of $30K
- $40K
per year
plus
performance
bonuses
up to
$12,000
per
year.
It also
pays
other
incentives
such as
bonuses
and
commissions
for
bringing
in new
management
accounts,
the
total
amount
of which
depends
completely on
the
ability
of the
candidate.
We also
allow
property
managers
to
represent
buyers
and
sellers
of real
estate
under
our real
estate
division
if they
choose
to do
so. We
provide
medical
and
dental
benefits
as well
as a
generous
allotment
of paid
time
off.
